FellowSoft: Work
The rooms a company runs on.
Work is built for companies of 20 to 120 people using Google Workspace. People, projects, time away, company knowledge, and the routines of joining and leaving belong in one understandable place.

One system, two sides.
For operators
Work
People records, projects, arrivals and departures, calendars, and the routines that keep a company legible. The operator rooms carry the work behind the company's day.
For everyone
Atrium
A company front door for colleagues, news, gatherings, documents, time away, and what people actually come looking for. Six pages keep those things close.
- Today
- The day together: company notices, acknowledgements and what needs an answer.
- News
- Company stories, with room to read and respond.
- Calendar
- Gatherings, cycles and time away, in one view of the company’s days.
- Community
- Colleagues, teams, places and the groups people make.
- Goals
- The company’s intentions and their progress.
- Handbook
- Policies, values, benefits and resources, where a person can find them.
People remain visible without becoming metrics.
The company's book is where a colleague can be found, with their team and place in the company. Workforce gives operators the people record and its changes, including the routines of joining and leaving.

The work, from a task to a portfolio.
Projects carry the plan and Goals hold the reason above them. Now, Projects, Team, Portfolio and Weekly Review give the working person and the operator different views of that same work.

Room for the company's days.
Calendar brings gatherings, cycles and time away into one view. Time Off holds a request, its dates and its standing, beside each person's balances, while the Handbook keeps company knowledge where a person can find it.

The place of record
The company's own Workspace.
Work runs inside the organization's own Google Workspace. Its workbook and documents stay with the organization; the House is not needed to use Work.
The demonstration runs in your browser with Parasol Labs, an invented company. Look around freely; nothing you do there is kept.
